SCOPE AND IMPACT
The Lead, Talent Acquisition & Engagement oversees TCG’s overall recruiting and sourcing mission. He/she leads the TCG talent acquisition team with a focus on assessing candidates for all roles on job competencies and TCGs core values. He/she also approves the adoption of suitable recruiting metrics that ultimately lead to the successful integration of new hires.
JOB SUMMARY
The Lead, TAE role is the most prominent role of the recruiting team where he/she exercises leadership over the recruiting department, overseeing the execution of all activities by TAE executives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, Talent Acquisition & Engagement Team
- Assessing candidates for roles in line with job competencies and TCG’s core values
- Coordinate talent acquisition activities to raise awareness of TCG
- Explore potential hiring needs and build long-term recruitment plans
- Lead, develop and coach TCG’s talent acquisition
- Partner and coach management and team leads in all aspects of talent acquisition
- Oversee any organizational training on talent acquisition
- Partner and coach team leads in all aspects of talent acquisition
- Oversee any organizational training on talent acquisition
- Any other assigned activity within the talent acquisition unit
KEY IMPORTANT AREAS
- Time to hire – Percentage increase in conversion rate of talent acquisition team on quality hires
- Percentage of satisfactory hires at confirmation by hiring managers
- Interview to offer ratio – Candidate experience and net promoter score (NPS) on feedback surveys
- Offer Acceptance rate – Percentage of accepted offers over declined offer tied to effectiveness of
talent acquisition strategies/team - Cost per hire – total recruiting cost over number of hires
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or any other related field
- 8 years progressive experience in recruitment of Senior/Executive Management roles
- 5 years of experience within the financial industry in senior leadership
